Sea Glass sits on almost 2 acres with 200’ of gulf frontage. It is designed as a low rise development with quaint units in a village environment. Phase 1 includes 21 units that will be directly on the beach and once completed the development will feature 51 total units.

Phase 1 offers one and two bedroom units which are currently offered for sale. The units will range in size from 884+/- square feet one bedroom unit to a two bedroom offering 1,113+/-square feet.

Most units have media rooms and all units have 9’ ceilings as well as owner’s private lockable storage closets. The kitchens and baths offer 3cm white granite and “shaker” style cabinetry. Additionally the units will feature stainless appliances as well as full size washer and dryers.
